Steven Dadivoff

“Excellent remodeling work on my investment loft, I needed an interior designer who could provide a better use of spaces, with top quality materials, accurate budget, and completion timelines.
To be honest the result was better than expected! being in the business of flipping properties, I know well how important is to work with professionals, who maintain excellent work ethics and standards.

Eleonora Font Designs 100% Recommended!”

The property was acquire after being abandoned for a few years, thus it needed a total renovation.

The unit walls were repainted with a light color so it would make the darker floor stain to stand out and to reflect some of the light coming through the massive glass wall.

A new urban backsplash with glass accents was created based on the color of the cabinets and based on the tone of the countertop.

Master Bathroom

Also, the two bathrooms were totally re done. On the master bedroom a bathtub was removed, and a jacuzzi tub installed instead.  Frameless shower glass walls were used to create the illusion of a bigger space.

Here you can see what the bathtub was like with that faucet on the wall and the very large door to the toilet just like the ceramics it had.

After shrinking the door and placing a bathtub more in line with the size of the Jacuzzi changing ceramics and eliminating the shower on that wall.

Here is the door to the Master’s walking Closet that is entered through the bathroom, taking away space in the bathroom and Closet.

And after closing the door, making a custom wall and cabinet inside the bathroom.
