Front Garden and driveway proyect

The front area of the house needed to be more practical to make a better use of the space and to have a better and easy to maintain garden.

We started by widen the existing driveway with permeable materials, due to city codes regular concrete was not an option, so gravel with reinforced plastic grids underneath the stone were chosen, to support the weight of the vehicles without sinking, due to this small change in design, we gained space and mobility to park 4 cars and enough space to access the front porch with no need to step on the grass.

A symmetrical garden with rectangular islands on both sides was designed, pine trees where planted to obtain an evergreen contrast during all seasons, adding privacy as well.

Wood looking ceramic was used to cover the cement floor in the front porch area, giving a Farm looking style to the property, easy to maintain and slip resistant.
We completed all of these upgrades with outdoor lighting which at night, reveals a wonderful front view of the residence.
